    Reservations

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
  • Is it possible to change the (scheduled) date after booking?
    Changing the (scheduled) date after booking is possible free of charge up to two weeks in advance. However, our booking system does not allow changes; so please re-book by hitting "cancel" from the reservation button and make a "new reservation".
  • Is it possible to change the number of(reserved) guests after booking?
    Changing the number of (reserved) guests is possible free of charge, until 12:00 p.m. of the day before actual reservation.
    Please note that any changes afterwards will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
  • What is the policy for cancellation fees?
    The following fees will be charged for cancellations (for customer convenience)
    ・7 days before to reservation: 100%
    ・30 days to 8 days before reservation: 50%
  • Payment Methods that are acceptable?
    Only advance payment at the time of reservation will be accepted.
  • Is there a pick-up transportation service?
    Yes, transportation is available by reservation; however be advised of the following:
    ・Transportation is only available via reservation between Rusutsu Resort bus-stop and Snow Pod (5 min drive)
    ・Transportation from Rusutsu Resort bust stop is limited to one that depart at 16:00
    ・Transportation to Rusutsu Resort bust stop is limited to 2 in the morning (9:00 and 10:00)
  • Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
    Please be advised that, entry into the premises (including the parking lot) is prohibited with pets.

  • How many guests are allowed (capacity)?
    【December – April】​
    2~4 guests are allowed for both the Dome tent and Trailer House.​

    【May – November】​
    2~5 guests are allowed for both the Dome tent and Trailer House.​
  • What facilities, fixtures and amenities are available for the room?
    Please check the Room Accommodation page for details..
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Each room is equipped with air-conditioning to provide a comfortable stay, all year round.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Wi-Fi is available in each room; as well as anywhere on the premises.
    The Wi-Fi password is available at the information desk.
  • Food

  • Is bringing in our own food and drinks allowed?
    【December – April】​
    You can bring your own drinks and snacks, but ingredients is not allowed.​
    Please reserve our restaurant or near restaurants.​

    【May – November】​
    You can bring your own food and drinks, and enjoy the original BBQ.​
    Please feel free to bring your own ingredients.
  • Can I bring in cooking utensils such as BBQ grills and gas stoves?
    【December – April】​
    BBQ is not possible in winter season.​

    【May – November】​
    For safety reasons, flammable equipment and use of fire are prohibited.​
    If you bring your own ingredients for BBQ, please be sure to rent a BBQ gas grill from the reservation page.​
  • Is it possible to order only dinner and breakfast?
    Yes, it is possible.
    Please make a reservation for the room only plan and choose either dinner only or breakfast only according to your preference.
  • Do you sell beverages and ingredients (food)?
    We only sell beverages.
  • What is the BBQ grill like?
    We have a full-fledged gas BBQ grill (with gas cylinder, iron plate, and grill sheet) that is easy to light and extinguish.​
    There is no need to prepare charcoal, etc., and it is easy to use even for beginners.
    ■Please note BBQ is not possible in winter season. 
  • Others

  • Are fireworks allowed?
    Only handheld fireworks (sparklers) are allowed.
    Buckets (to extinguish flames) are available in your room, so please use them accordingly.
    Fireworks are allowed only until 9:30 pm.
    Fireworks are only allowed at the campfire site.
    Please note that fireworks are not allowed outside of the bonfire site.
  • What are the details of the bonfire?
    There is a a fee to use the bonfire area/equipment.
    1000 Yen (excluding tax) per usage. (Please use firewood from the firewood shelf)
    The bonfire is allowed and available only until 9:30 p.m.
    Never light a bonfire outside the bonfire area.
  • Until what time can the BBQ space be used?
    BBQ, fireworks, and bonfires are all available and allowed only until 9:30 pm.
    We kindly ask that you refrain from holding parties or talking in loud voices that may disturb the other guests and residents.
    This includes within the dome tents and trailer houses; as loud voices can be heard even indoors.
    If behaved in a way that disturbs the other guests or residents, we may ask you to leave the premises.
    ■Please note BBQ space is not possoble to use in the winter season.
  • Can I BBQ inside the dome tent?
    【December – April】​
    Please note BBQ is not possible in winter season, and the use of the IH stove in the kitchen is prohibited as it will not be possible to ventilate the dome tent.​

    【May – November】​
    No.​
    Fire is strictly prohibited inside the dome tent and inside the building, including smoking.​
    Please note that BBQ, cassette stove, etc. cannot be used inside the dome tent for safety reasons.​
    However, usage of the IH stove in the kitchen is permitted.​
  • Is there a place where I can shop nearby?
    There are convenience stores nearby.
